HOW IT WORKS
Phase 1:
Let's Dive In!
1. We want to learn more about your project
Join us on a virtual call for a no-obligation meeting where we will get to know your business, website requirements and answer any questions you may have. We will provide you with a scope of work, and an estimate based on your requirements.
2. Let’s get cracking
Once you are happy to proceed, and sign off on your estimate, an initial 50% deposit is required to begin your project.
3. Let’s plan your website
A kick-off meeting where we will work with you to plan your website’s desired structure, navigation and functionality, and likely give you some homework!
Phase 2:
Design Your Website
1. You provide, or approve your final content
After the website planning meeting, you provide us with final approved content for your website including such things as branding, imagery, website copy & domain and hosting information.
If you are working with Violet to create your content, you will approve final iterations of the content.
2. We design a mockup for your review.
We will design a mockup of your website and provide you with a private link, so you can see what it will look like. Revisions at this stage are quick and easy.
Phase 3:
Build and Develop
1. Development
We take your approved design and content and build the final product. You will then review the website and provide us with detailed consolidated feedback.
2. We will revise & perfect your website
Please note: included in your website package there is 1 x round of website changes and 1 x final round of minor text amends. This ensures the process is as smooth as possible from both ends and allows your site to go live sooner.
We will work on your changes and then provide you the final revised website for approval.
3. Website Approval
The final 50% payment is required upon website approval, prior to launch.
Phase 4:
Launch Time!
1. Testing & Launch
Once all revisions are complete and approved, we will do a final test, export your site, ensure backups and security are in place, and then make your website live!
2. Website Training
After launch, we will provide you with a website training session. This will leave you feeling confident in editing your website.
3. Website Hosting, Maintenance and Support
Once your website is live, you may want to talk to us about our maintenance plans – they are flexible in cost and can include:
