Ellis Nature Centre, located in Lacombe County, Alberta, is a non-profit organization focused on conservation, education, and sustainable agriculture. The center manages over 480 acres of agricultural land, which includes the Visitor Centre, original farmhouse, community gardens, and wetlands dedicated to wildlife and public enjoyment. Bluebird research and conversation is at the heart of their operations.
We did a complete redesign and rebrand of Ellis Bird Farm in 2024 to coincide with their official renaming to Ellis Nature Centre. School programs, summer kids events, weddings, cafe and nature walks were all events that needed to be highlighted so we used WordPress with a strong blog/category layout so that their office staff can make updates.
